Engineers Australia (EA) is recognized by the Department of Home Affairs to be the only assessing authority for Engineering professionals. Applicants must obtain a positive skills assessment to be eligible to apply for skilled migration. Click on below occupation icon to view details.

专业工程师 (Professional Engineer)

         •   专注并了解整体系统。Focuses on overall systems.

         •   在环境，团体，和社交方面整体追求工程方面的机遇。Pursues engineering opportunities in a holistic way, taking environmental, community and social issues into account.

         •   灵活运用系统化的方案去引领和管理工程项目。Applies systematic approaches to the conduct and management of engineering projects.

         •   正确应用工程推理和设计过程。Applies systematic engineering synthesis and design processes.

         •   使用有效的方案去解决复杂的工程难题。Applies established engineering methods to complex engineering problems.

         •   实战领导和管理能力。Applies leadership and management skills.

 

工程技术员 (Engineering Technologist)

         •   专业并了解系统的互动性。Focuses on interactions within the system.

         •   高效的使用工程领域的方案，工艺，工具和资源。Applies established engineering methods, techniques, tools and resources within the technology domain.

         •   促进和推动工程工艺的发展。Advances engineering technology.

 

相关工程员 (Engineering Associate)

         •   专注并了解系统的特性。Focuses on specific elements of the system.

         •   正确运行系统，贯彻实践和步骤。Operates within codes and applies established practices and procedures.

         •   为专业工程师提供研究，设计，制造，组装，建造，运行，器具的保养，分布系统和安装的技术支持。Provides technical support to construction managers and engineering professionals in research, design, manufacture, assembly, construction, operation and maintenance of machines and equipment, facilities, distribution systems and installation.

         •   协助资源评估和场地勘察。Assists in resource estimation and site inspection.

         •   准备，说明，检查和审核图纸，计划，图表和地图。Prepares, interprets, inspects and revises drawings, plans, diagrams, designs, maps and charts.

 

工程经理 (Engineering Manager)

         •   高等执行职位监管工程策略，政策，计划，方向，管理等的规划且审核企业工程的运转。High level execution position involving the formulation of engineering strategies, policies and plans and the direction, administration and review of engineering operations for an organization.

         •   资深管理经验且被推荐申请。Have persons reporting to him/her who are also at a management level.

授权学历技术评估 (Accredited Qualification Skills Assessment Application)

申请人如有以下认证学历则有可能通过授权学历技术评估。

Applicants who have the following qualifications may be exempted for the accredited qualification skills assessment pathway.

         •   澳洲被EA认证的学历。 Australian qualifications recognised by Engineers Australia.

         •   华盛顿协议的专业工程师。Professional engineer through Washington accord.

         •   悉尼协议的专业工程技术员。Engineering technologist through Sydney accord.

         •   都柏林协议的相关工程人员。Engineering associate through Dublin accord.

 

未授权学历技术评估 (Non-Accredited Qualification Skills Assessment Application)

申请人如无上述授权学历，若需申请移民类职业评估则需要提交 Competency Demonstration Report (CDR)。

Applicants who do not have above accredited qualifications must submit a Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) in order to obtain a migration skills assessment.

相关职业工作经验评估 (Relevant Skilled Employment Evaluation)

移民局授权 Engineers Australia (EA) 在技术相关工作经验给予评估。Engineers Australia (EA) 将会根据 ANZSCO 的标准来严格评估申请人的工作是否与所申请的提名职业密切相关。只有在毕业后的工作经验才可以被当作提名职业的有效工作经验。

Engineers Australia has been authorised by the Department of Home Affairs to provide an opinion about an applicant’s skilled employment claims as part of the skills assessment. To determine whether an applicant’s skilled employment is closely related to their nominated occupation, the assessment will take into consideration the occupation within one unit group classified under the ANZSCO classification.

 

移民分数申报 (DIBP Points Claim)

在职业评估的相关工作经验和博士学位被 Engineers Australia (EA) 认可之后，申请人收到的职业评估确认信上会包括以下两项来支持申请人今后的技术移民申请。

If successful assessment has also been made as a result of the additional services, then the outcome letter will include the following to support points claimable under the points test.

         •   相关工作经验的准确年数，包括海外和澳洲工作经验。Identification of periods of skilled employment relevant to the assessed outcome, including both overseas and within Australia.

         •   申请人海外博士学历与澳洲本地博士学历的相似度。The broad comparability of the overseas engineering PhD with an Australian Doctorate.

 

语言要求 (Language Requirement)

学术或移民类雅思每项目至少6分。成绩在申请之时不超过2年。母语是英语或在澳洲完成本科，硕士或博士学位的申请人都有可能被豁免雅思。

Applicants are required to provide IELTS test results with a minimum score of 6.0 in each of the 4 modules of speaking, listening, reading and writing. IELTS results must not be more than 2 years old at the time the application is submitted. Applicants who are native English speakers or who have completed an Australian undergraduate engineering qualification or a 2-year master’s degree or PhD program at an Australian University may be exempted from the requirement to provide an IELTS assessment result.

提交和审核 (Submission and Processing)

自2014年11月起，移民类职业评估已经改为网上申请，且不再受理书面申请。申请的进度可以在 myPortal 上查看。审核时间根据申请人数量而变动。请不要在官方承诺的审核时间内联系 Engineers Australia (EA)，因为这样会延误所有申请人的审核进度。如果需要补充材料，审核官会联系申请人。申请人必须在规定的时间内提交补充材料，否则申请可能会被取消。审核成功后，适用于移民目的职业评估会发送给申请人。

Since November in 2014, all the migration skills assessment applications must be applied online. The status of the application can be checked online by logging into Engineers Australia’s myPortal. The turnaround time for processing assessments can vary, depending on the numbers of incoming applications. Please do not contact Engineers Australia within the specified time frame as this will delay processing time for all applications. Should the assessor require any further information, a notification will be sent to applicant’s email informing a task to complete in the system. Applicants need to log into Engineers Australia’s myPortal for details of the request and to submit any additional documentation. The response to any request must be actioned within the specified time frame to avoid cancellation of the application.

 

申诉 (Appeal)

如果申请人对评估的结果不满意可以联系审核官。审核官可能会将案例转交给当地技术评估部门做进一步审核。

If the applicant is not satisfied with the assessment outcome, the applicant should contact the case officer and discuss the concerns. The case officer may refer the case to the national manager migration skills assessment for consideration.

 

过期和遗失 (Expiry and Loss)

Engineers Australia (EA) 出具的移民类职业评估在移民局当前政策下三年过期。过期后，Engineers Australia (EA) 不会无条件更新已有的职业评估。若申请人遗失了职业评估，Engineers Australia (EA) 也不会无条件重新发放职业评估。

The migration skills assessment issued by Engineers Australia is only valid for 3 years as specified by DIBP. Engineers Australia will not issue another copy automatically upon expiration and loss.
