技术类签证简介 Skilled Visa Info
自 2012 年起，所有的普通技术移民申请人必须在 SkillSelect 系统中递交 EOI。SkillSelect 系统会定期按照移民分数发放邀请，申请人只有在收到邀请后才有资格提交技术移民的签证申请。
From 2012, all the general skilled migration applicants need to submit EOI through SkillSelect system. SkillSelect will invite applicants to apply for the skilled migration visas periodically based on the DIBP points. Applicants are only eligible to lodge their visa applications once they receive the invitation.
189类别技术独立签证 (Subclass 189 Skilled Independent Visa)
189类别技术独立签证是永久签证。申请人必须满足以下条件才有资格申请此类别签证:
Subclass 189 skilled independent visa is a permanent visa. Applicant must satisfy all the criteria below in order to be qualified:
• 申请人的职业在相应列表上。Applicant’s occupation is on the relative occupation list.
• 申请人具有相关的职业评估。Applicant has relevant skills assessment from an authorised assessing organisation.
• 申请人未满 50 岁。Applicant is not turning 50.
• 申请人收到 EOI 邀请。Applicant has received EOI invitation.
• 申请人具有胜任的英语能力。Applicant has competent English ability.
• 申请人通过体检。Applicant has passed the medical examination.
• 申请人通过人格检查。Applicant has passed character check.
• 申请人无澳洲政府借贷。Applicant does not have debts with Australian Government.
• 申请人签署澳洲价值声明。Applicant has signed Australian Value Statement.
190类别技术提名签证 (Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated Visa)
190类别技术提名签证是永久签证。申请人必须满足以下条件才有资格申请此类别签证:
Subclass 190 skilled nominated visa is a permanent visa. Applicant must satisfy all the criteria below in order to be qualified:
• 申请人的职业在相应列表上。Applicant’s occupation is on the relative occupation list.
• 申请人具有相关的职业评估。Applicant has relevant skills assessment from an authorised assessing organisation.
• 申请人未满 50 岁。Applicant is not turning 50.
• 申请人收到州/领地政府提名。Applicant has received state/territory nomination.
• 申请人收到 EOI 邀请。Applicant has received EOI invitation.

491类别技术地区临时签证 (Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional Provisional Visa)
491类别技术独立签证是五年的临时签证。在签证过期之前，申请人若满足一定条件即可转191类别技术地区签证。申请人必须满足以下条件才有资格申请此类别签证:
Subclass 489 skilled regional provisional visa is a temporary visa valid for 5 years. Before the expiry of the visa, the applicant is able to transfer to subclass 887 skilled regional visa if qualified. Applicant must satisfy all the criteria below in order to be qualified:
• 申请人的职业在相应列表上。Applicant’s occupation is on the relative occupation list.
• 申请人具有相关的职业评估。Applicant has relevant skills assessment from an authorised assessing organisation.
• 申请人未满 45 岁。Applicant is not turning 45.
• 申请人收到州/领地提名或亲属担保。Applicant has received state/territory nomination or relative sponsorship.
• 申请人收到 EOI 邀请。Applicant has received EOI invitation.
• 申请人具有胜任的英语能力。Applicant has competent English ability.
• 申请人当前有至少65分。Applicant is able to score 65 points or more.
• 申请人通过体检。Applicant has passed the medical examination.
• 申请人通过人格检查。Applicant has passed character check.
• 申请人无澳洲政府借贷。Applicant does not have debts with Australian Government.
• 申请人签署澳洲价值声明。Applicant has signed Australian Value Statement.
485类别毕业临时签证 (Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate Visa)
485类别是临时签证，签证时取决于学历，最长可至五年。申请人必须满足以下条件才有资格申请此类别签证:
Subclass 485 temporary graduate visa is a temporary visa. The length of the visa can be up to 5 years depends on applicant’s qualification. Applicant must satisfy all the criteria below in order to be qualified:
• 申请人未满 36 岁。Applicant is not turning 36.
• 申请人在澳洲。Applicant is in Australia.
• 申请人持有有效签证。Applicant holds an eligible visa.
• 申请人达到两年的澳洲学习标准。Applicant meets the 2 years Australian study requirement.

887类别技术地区签证 (Subclass 887 Skilled Regional Visa)
887类别技术地区签证是永久签证。申请人必须满足一下条件才有资格申请此类签证:
Subclass 887 skilled regional visa is a permanent visa. Applicant must satisfy all the criteria below in order to be qualified:
• 申请人在澳洲。Applicant is in Australia.
• 申请人持有 489, 495, 496, 475 或 487 类别签证。Applicant is currently holding subclass 489, 495, 496, 475 or 487 visa.
• 申请人居住在偏远地区两年。Applicant has lived in a specified regional area in Australia for 2 years.
• 申请人在偏远地区工作一年。Applicant has worked in a specified regional area for 1 year.
• 申请人通过体检。Applicant has passed the medical examination.
